Private testing

Private workbench access is for testing only. Prototype forms are not approved for transaction use unless separately authorized in writing.

California-only scope

Open Reforms is designed for California real estate brokerage workflows. Users should not use prototype materials outside California.

Form license

Final subscription terms should define who may use the forms, whether brokerages may distribute forms internally, seat limits, update obligations, and restrictions on resale or republication.

Broker responsibility

Outside brokers remain responsible for supervising their own agents. Open Reforms may provide optional review workflow tools, but use of Open Reforms does not transfer responsible-broker duties to Open Reforms or Chuck unless a separate legal or brokerage relationship expressly says so.
